Hi there! I’m Eileen Der Aris, and I am a certified life coach for young adults. I previously worked as a teacher in special education, so I’ve been working with parents and their kids for over 20 years. But a big push for me to work with young adults is my mommy experience.
That’s right, I have 2 young adults of my own, 20 and 23 years old, so I get how hard it is for both parents and young adults. My kids went through their own challenges, including depression and anxiety, and thinking that they were the only ones who felt ill-equipped and intimidated about their future. I saw how badly this age group needed help!
My passion is to help young adults BELIEVE in themselves. I grew up with very little confidence, so I know how important it is. While working with me, your young adult quickly learns who they are, what they are all about, and what makes them “tick.” After that, we work on setting a path for them to move forward with excitement, towards a future of accomplishment and contentment.
